5. Delivery and Shipping
We offer delivery of products within Bangalore. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the zip code and order size and will be displayed at checkout. Our standard delivery time is between 0-2 days. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to you.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 12 hour before delivery time. Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery.
Refunds:
Refunds are available only in case of defective products or if the order is undelivered. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for any refund requests. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 1– 2 business days.
Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue with the flowers.
