Shipping and Handling Charges.
- For Seller-Fulfilled Products, you will determine shipping and handling charges via and subject to our standard functionality and categorizations for the GetFlowersDaily(GFD) Site and further subject to any shipping and handling charge Program Policies for the GFD Site.
- Any such amounts, paid by the customer towards shipping and handling charges, shall be your proceeds, subject to deduction of applicable charges as may be determined by us and you are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes on the shipping and handling charges.
- For GFD-Fulfilled Products, GFD will determine what the shipping fees will be and will display and collect them accordingly in accordance with the Fulfilment by GFD Service Terms.
- GFD will not share the shipping fees if the delivery is managed by GFD backend team.
- Products are to be packed and shipped through GFD packaging materials which will be supplied to individual vendors and same has to be maintained across all product packaging.
- For any return done by the customer and GFD needs to refund the entire amount, the vendor should also needs to be charged with the equivalent of shipping charges amount that against the product delivered.
1. Customer can request for a refund only when: a) Item packed is found to be damaged, b) Item quantity is found to be less as per the standard quantity mentioned against each items. c) Items delivered doesn't match with the invoice, however, if there is prior intimation to the customer about product mismatch due to unavailability, done by GFD Backend Team.
2. Return request to be made within 5 hours of delivery.
3. Customer return request should be supported with adequate facts, so that it becomes easier for us to track the actual shortfall and thereby take corrective action.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We try our best that you receive our products as per you full satisfaction. However, we have some policies in place to take care in case you got to opt for the same due to some unavoidable circumstances.
- Cancellation of orders to be done One and Half Day equivalent or 35 hrs, before he product delivery.
- We don't entertain return or exchange policy, however, if you want you can physically visit the store and get the replacement, GFD in those circumstances will not be responsible for bearing any shipping charges.
- Product exchange, if any to be made under the same category, before the perquisite time as mentioned in point no. 2.
