How do I place an order?

You can place an order via any of the following methods:

  • via Online : Getflowersdaily is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. Simply search for your product, choose the required quantity from the dropdown menu, and click add to cart. Create an eCommerce login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

What information do I need to provide for an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:

  1. Product code(s) and quantity of the product(s) you want to order
  2. Your shipping and billing addresses
  3. Phone number – in case we need to contact you quickly in regards to your order
  4. Email address – for order confirmation and invoice
  5. Payment method – please provide the mode of payment to complete your order

How can I pay for my order?

We accept direct Bank transfer, Google pay, Paytm , phone pey and cash on delivery as different forms of payment.

Do you offer discounts on bulk amounts?

Yes, on bulk orders, we will be able to provide a discount. Please contact support@getflowersdaily.com or call customer care if you would like a quote.

How do I check the availability of a product?

Enter product name in the Search box at the top right of each page, or browse our Products and navigate until you find the specific product of interest. We strive to maintain sufficient inventory to meet your needs. In the rare case that a product is out of stock, you will be notified at the time of your order. We will then do everything we can to ensure that your order is fulfilled within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can call customer care to ensure availability of the product in case if you have any doubts.

What are your shipping & handling charges?

Shipping charges vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges, please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address.

How will I know if my order has been received?

If you have submitted an online order, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order.
If you have emailed a purchase order to support@getflowersdaily.com, a confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been processed during our regular office hours Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm IST.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer care for quick cancellation or email us at support@getflowersdaily.com. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders the same day (if received before 1pm IST), and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return policy.

How do I confirm on the delivery date?

Is there any minimum order quantity?

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of INR 299.

What do I do if I am having difficulty placing an order?

Can I include a personal message with my order?

Yes, you can include a personal message with every gift you order at GetFlowersDaily.com. Once you have selected the product there will be a section called message for your personal message to the lucky recipient.

I have not received my order / my items are damaged. Who should I contact?

Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?

Yes, we do delivery to all the cities in India with minimum order value of Rs.1500 and specific to few floral products.
